Below you will find our customer service policies and some frequently asked questions.  Please contact us with any additional questions or comments (click on our "contact us" page, or use the form at the bottom of this page).
Do you make all of the jewelry yourself?  Yes!  All of the pieces here are designed and handcrafted by me.  I make all of my jewelry with love and care, and want you to be very happy with your purchase! 
Do you ship internationally?  Based in New Hampshire, United States, we ship to most countries with the exception of Mexico and the continent of Africa (due to past shipping problems to these areas).  Please be aware that tracking information is not available with international orders, and that your order can take several weeks to arrive Shipping times vary greatly from country to country.  You may also be responsible for any customs-related fees
I just placed my order.  When can I expect to receive it?  Every purchase is handcrafted to order.  Items are ready to ship within 1-3 business days. Large orders may take a day or two longer. In addition to the initial email confirming your order, you will receive another email to notify you that your purchase has shipped.  If your shipping address is within the USA, tracking information will be included.  Delivery time can take between 2 and 5 days, depending on your location.
If there will be a delay in shipment for any reason, you will be contacted immediately.  If you have a rush order, please contact us prior to ordering to get a time estimate. 
Do you take custom requests?  Yes, we do occasionally take on custom work as time permits. Due to the handmade nature of our products, lead times vary for custom work or special requests.  Please contact us and we can discuss your ideas!
Do you gift wrap?  Each piece you order will arrive gift boxed, ready to present as a gift to a loved one - or yourself!
What is your return policy?  We do our best to accurately represent our products in the photos and descriptions, but we understand that online purchasing can occasionally result in unmet expectations.  If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us stating the reason you would like to return the order.  If we cannot resolve the issue for you, you may return your purchase for a full refund minus shipping.  The product(s) must be in their original, unworn condition, in the original packaging, and sent back within 5-7 days of receipt.  After the order has been received in good condition, we will issue your refund promptly.
Do you wholesale?  We do not wholesale at this time.  If we do implement a wholesale program in the future, we will update that information here.
